WE ARE ON TO THE MERITS!!!!! The court just denied the Town's motion to dismiss without prejudice! This means that the Town can file again later to try and dismiss our case BUT ONLY after responding to the issues we raised in our petition. The court seems to be indicating that they believe we have a valid case! So now the Town will have to explain to the court what it did. Thank you everyone for making this possible!!
