Well, it looks like we are making progress through the slow and tedious justice system. On Friday, with the media blazing, Kenneth Clair got a continuation on his case until Friday, October 14, 2016. At that time Mr. Clair is hoping to file a “brief” attempting to get a new trial. The district attorney is going to strongly object to this. If Mr. Clair is granted a new trial the DA will not prevail because they have absolutely “no evidence” to keep Mr. Clair in custody. Each one of their reasons for falsely imprisoning Mr. Clair has been debunked. Thank you for supporting the petition, and raising your voice against this miscarriage of justice. So thanks again.
