I will continue to tell you that this case is more than just exonerating Kenneth Clair. Our struggle is historic because it is aimed at creating legislation to fine and send to prison prosecutors who maliciously withhold DNA and other evidence. This is really big because the supporters of this petition, with our numbers, will accomplish this great feat. It is just a matter of time… The overwhelming urge that the prosecution has, especially in Kenneth Clair's case, to "win at all cost" and "to not admit that they made a mistake", will be their undoing. The DA and the prosecutors have been caught up in a perpetual motion cycle created by their own nature, which will allow our petition to grow in numbers, strength, and support. We as supporters are very happy that the DA is predictable, and even when they know that they are helping us grow by not exonerating Kenneth Clair, they are unable to change their nature.
