Some parents approached the school authorities today. Though the principal wasn't available, the transport supervisor Chintan Koul met with the parents. He acknowledged that a number of parents have complained about the fee hike via email and personal meetings. All concerns have been communicated to the the school management for appropriate consideration.

In the meantime, the parents were advised that the last date of transport fee payment has been extended until 10th Oct. The school transport department is awaiting a formal communication from the management before notifying it to parents.

It seems a lot of parents (individual and in group) have approached the school authorities questioning the transport fee hike. It's important we as parents, present our unified voice through this petition or any other means, for the school authorities to notice the impact of their unjustifiable transport fee hike.
