McNicol’s Puppets waste £10,000 of Member’s Money - http://azvsas.blogspot.co.uk/2017/12/victory-high-court-injunction-granted.html After having been refused more than 4 weeks to respond to a 189 page bundle, with 50 separate charges, that had taken over 17 months to prepare (I've been suspended for 20 months) I brought an application to the High Court in London restraining McNicol from holding my hearing this Monday December 11th. Mr Justice Phillips, after having heard arguments from Counsel for Crooked McNicol and myself granted an injunction preventing any disciplinary hearing from taking place before 8th January 2018. In essence the Judge was mystified by the argument of the Labour Party that I was so embarrassing the LP with my 'racist' comments that they had to expel me as soon as possible. Why had they kept me suspended for 20 months then? To that Crooked's barristers had no answer. Given that Marc Wadsworth has just been given his hearing date, 21st January, after being suspended for about 16-17 months, this is an important victory. I have a request to make of you. I have been libelled and called a 'notorious antisemite' by a fake Zionist 'charity' the Campaign Against Antisemitism. I intend to bring a libel action against them but for that I have to raise some money. I brought the injunction proceedings myself and although I received legal advice and help from Mark MacDonald QC I had to prepare the documents, file them and do the advocacy in court. When I sue the CAA I won't be doing it for myself but for everyone who is libelled by these people and accused of 'antisemitism'.
