Yes, we have done well, but please keep encouraging people to sign, and share, share, share! Remember what this petition is all about, we are not looking to get one particular drug on the PBS, we are looking to change the procedures so innovative drug companies can actually successfully apply to have a valid drug, that has potential to treat rare and less common cancers (such as the asbestos caused cancer, mesothelioma), included on the PBS, without having to go through a trial process which could take many years. The current application process has been designed for, and works well for, diseases that have large numbers (melanoma, for example), but is not 'worth a cracker' for rare and less common cancers such as mesothelioma. The application process can be changed, but we need people power to to convince the government it needs to be. Please, sign and then share across your social media networks, we can win this battle!
