Because it then feels like all the work has all been worth it

And I really would appreciate it. And it only takes a minute.

We have lots of likes but we also had a negative review from someone who passionately misunderstood what I was trying to do.

Which is help people reverse their Type 2 Diabetes. And so has nothing to do with Type 1 Diabetes. But even when explaining this to them and apologizing for any mistake I may have made on TV or on the page - the negative review has remained.

So I could do with some positive reviews - to cheer me up. As had some bad news recently that might scupper our plans.
