Wrong petition wording used.

What was posted (in error) wasn't what should have been posted. I'll see if I can either change the wordin of I will have to close ethe petition and setart a new one. AND, the web site to go with it will hopefully be up in a few days. I'd like it to be fully operational by 4th April. I'll keep you all posted on developments..
