These activates  by stalking gangs and their group. sounds/voices to target ears, raise multiple medical complicailments in human  body. when continuously these sounds, the brain become weak (when too week then target controlled by them for their vasted intrest) or result in death or (killed) ,due to brain hemorrhage, loss of memory madness, not having  food, brain  ded  or by heart attack /heart fail, (impact  damage your heart tissue, swelling of vains, increase in beat/pulse/immidate high or low BP , heart attack or fail, and more failure on organ, gaining weight from excess fluid in many cases, You don’t feel like eating, Your skin is cold and sweaty,some times heated up, always one is tired. Vicatm are confused and forget things, victam is unable to earn routine bread and butter, even changing professions. finiancal losses to victam both movable and imovable, beside loss of intialactual property

As there is no specific law against Stalking or stalked in most of the countries of world, In India.Looking into different aspects and medical complication arising due to this, to a victim/ targeted Individual/family ; and looking into the severity of crime against victim can be seen, therefore till the decision on requirement for enacting a law is taken; The provisions of  Indian penal code and Criminal procedure code  can take care of  it under various sections.

Its victams/TIs who are suffering from stakling , cyber terrorsim, hacking of divices, a slow kill, inhuman torcher for a long ; can all the governments world wide pass the bill and make a law on war footings to give releaf and;-

10.  There Tis family is blackmailed at later stages for favours meterial,monetery or other kinds.
