We need to stop people from TIP baiting us. They should not have 24 hours to take a tip away. And they should only be able to remove a tip if there's a valid reason and an investigation done. 

Also if an order is canceled and it's not our doing we should get paid the full amount of the order minus the tip if there was one 

Also these self-employed gigs are stealing our money

This is for all self employed gigs.

Like spark, instacart, door dash, Uber, etc.

It's also not fair that a customer can lessen or remove a tip because we had to make a replacement or a refund. Like we cannot help that the store is out of something.
