Why does the United States government exist?
The answer is simple: the Constitution dictates it.
But why does the Constitution exist? To uphold the Declaration of Independence.

A brief quote from the Declaration of Independence:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. ...
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

I quote this not to call for an overthrow of the government, but to remind us that We the People, are the drivers, and the government is the vehicle. It should go where we tell it.

For years, we’ve been told to ignore the illegal immigration crisis—lest we be labeled as racists or extremists. But those who facilitated this invasion were, in truth, giving aid and comfort to our enemies. And that, my fellow citizens, is treason.

The actions of those in power, from the Biden administration down to the mainstream media, have undermined our nation’s integrity. They have attempted to foster what could be called a "color revolution," with the ultimate goal of destroying the United States and replacing it with a form of government—perhaps even a dictatorship—that controls the people.

Would you consider someone entering this country illegally an enemy of the United States?

“The rays from this beacon, lighting this gateway to the continent, will welcome the poor and the persecuted with the hope and promise of homes and citizenship. It will teach them that there is room and brotherhood for all who will support our institutions and aid in our development; but that those who come to disturb our peace and dethrone our laws are aliens and enemies forever.”

In the United States, the Constitution is the ultimate law of the land. Immigrants seeking citizenship must understand and uphold it—and they must pledge to fully adopt the values this country was founded on, rejecting the systems and beliefs of their former nations.

The Oath of Allegiance is the final step in the naturalization process. It demands that new citizens renounce foreign allegiances, pledge loyalty to the U.S. Constitution, and commit to defending the country—potentially even bearing arms or serving in national defense. This oath cannot be skipped or watered down. Only those unable to comprehend its meaning (due to mental incapacity) may be granted citizenship without it.

Elected office exists for one reason: to ensure the safety and freedoms of We the People. When those in power use their positions to undermine the safety of the people, they are waging war on us. That is treason.

The crime of revolving-door politics—the continuous release of violent criminals who repeat their offenses—is a direct attack on communities across the nation. That is treason.

Treason is clearly defined in the Constitution:
“Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.”

Many argue that treason requires a literal, physical war. But let’s not overlook the phrase, "witness to the same overt act." The truth is, war comes in many forms. If selling or exposing national secrets is treason, then any act that intentionally seeks to destroy the United States—through undermining its institutions, its laws, or its safety—can also be considered treason.

Across the nation, repeat offenders are arrested for violent crimes, only to be released back onto the streets to commit the same acts again and again. This is a direct assault on the people. This is treason.

Further, to subvert the Constitution is to wage war on the very body that holds power in this nation—We the People.

The actions of those in power today, such as Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, have caused harm to the people they were elected to serve. When our leaders choose to aid and comfort those who threaten the nation, they betray the trust of the people. They choose treason over loyalty to the Constitution.

Before anything else, we must understand how our government is meant to function. “We the People” is not just the opening phrase of the Constitution—it is a statement of fact. We are in charge. Elected officials are meant to represent our will, not the interests of an elite few. Yet, too often, they manipulate and fearmonger to serve their own agendas, not ours. This needs to change.

We can no longer stand by while our tax dollars are spent without our consent. Corruption must be eradicated, just as a cancer is removed. Make your voice heard.

In conclusion, we must remember that the government exists to serve us, the people. When it fails in this duty, it’s not just a mistake—it’s a betrayal. It’s time to stand up, speak out, and hold our leaders accountable for their actions. The future of this nation depends on it.

As a member of the ruling body "We the People", of these United States; I levy charges of Treason against the following people for their involvement in betrayals to the United States and its citizens.
