Delivering our petition, “Tim’s Law – Remand Dangerous Drivers,” to number 10 Downing Street on Friday was a powerful and deeply meaningful moment — one driven by love, courage, and determination.

It allowed us to channel our heartbreak into purpose, turning loss into action for change.

Government debate around dangerous drivers and repeat offenders is long overdue. Meaningful deterrents and stronger legal measures must be implemented urgently to prevent further innocent lives from being lost. Every day, far too many people are killed on our roads.

We have been truly moved by the overwhelming support from people across the country. It’s clear that road safety and the removal of dangerous drivers from our roads are issues that resonate deeply with the British public.

We now call on the Government to debate our proposals for Tim’s Law, to strengthen legislation, and to give the police the necessary powers to remove repeat dangerous drivers from our roads — so that no other family has to endure the devastating loss that ours has suffered.

Thank you for standing with us.
