And I'm getting slammed by people on social media for it!

Why does my dietary restriction bother so many people? 

I don't mind when the vegans demand something, or when dairy free people fight for their rights - or when the nut free people wave their hands.

Why do so many people have a problem with those who cannot tolerate gluten? 

Baffling.
