Hello my name is Alley and my tiktok user name is @alleyquirkynurse and identify as a male to female transgender woman. I had 37.6k followers until my account was banned due to breaking TikTok’s  guidelines even though my content is full of positivity, advocacy, and acting. On the 29/12/20 at 4pm I logged onto my account and it says I have been permanently banned from TikTok. I appealed straight away, however, I was apparently still in violation of TikTok’s guidelines. I have been attacked for being transgender by haters constantly on the app just for being myself. I have followed the guidelines and I have no idea as to why this has happened to me. There are many creators who have showed more revealing videos in comparison to my content. I wish to have my account back and continue to support the trans community. 
I want the guidelines to be changed and to support the LGBTQ+ community where any haters will get banned straight away.
