Hi my name is Michelle I’m 30 years old and I’m a trans Afro Latina woman, To briefly give you a little back up story I escaped a toxic situation and I bought a camper and documented my journey on TikTok my page was totally_transparentt, but as of the 17th of December my Google got hacked, my YouTube was stolen, and my TikTok as well. I’ve tried multiple times to get in contact with TikTok to see if I can regain back my page and all the following that I have created but as we know TikTok doesn't seem to reply unless I think you already know what I wanna say. This isn’t the first incident. I’ve shared my story of my trans struggles and videos of mine‘s consistently have gotten deleted when I spoke my truth. My voice was silenced on many of my videos sharing my pain and my trans experience. As with putting yourself out there there came a lot of trolls and haters but these haters started to become very aggressive and that’s when the stalking, the cyber bullying, and the fake accounts started being created on TikTok, these fake profiles took my videos used my identity and was soliciting sex. Because of this I’ve had to move out of the state twice for my safety, change my number twice, and I have consistently tried to get TikTok to remove them but my videos explaining my story were banned and taken down while these fake profiles created a platform and had over 23,000 views. I had over 1,000 phone calls for a week straight harassing me from people asking me for sex. I’m currently leaving out of my truck and I was using my platforms as a way to support myself I had just gotten monetize on YouTube through the following that I created on TikTok but because of this I have no means of supporting myself and with the current pandemic it’s been hard to get a job. I have a lot of documentation and proof. I included a picture of one of the fake accounts that have been created and what they’ve been saying. They are still up. TikTok has done nothing about it. This is doxing and Cyber bullying at its finest but because I’m a trans women of color it seems like this crime against me has gone unnoticed.
