Since I have started on TikTok in mid October. I had an incredible first month of growth. I was making videos, live streaming, and helping people grow their accounts within the community guidelines and terms of service. I grew at a substantial rate. I hit 100k in less than a month by streaming every day and grinding to be successful and embrace the potential and reach I have never had until I found TikTok. In my first month I received a couple 10 minute bans and had ZERO idea why i got banned in the first place. All I do is spread love, positivity, and help people grow and understand how to use every feature on TikTok. I have so many messages, videos and comments of people thanking me for the help and advice I give. I give people a place to connect and find each other in my Live stream per TikTok's mission. I use all in app features and abilities to grow and help others. 

Come my second month on TikTok, I started getting bigger and bigger and then I started getting my videos reported for violating guidelines--which I got many overturned. Then I started getting 7 day bans on my account without any explanation except their typical bullshit response "community guideline violation." That gives me ZERO idea of why I was reported or what I may have done wrong. I cant fix it, if I don't know what's wrong. I can't change that in which I have no idea on what to change. All I do is help people, spread love and positivity.

Now as I sit on my 3rd 7 day ban in 1 month without any explanation, they have also blocked my ability to even send messages to people. I am currently in the middle of a month long gift card giveaway. Giving my supporters gift cards at random as a thank you and merry Christmas. I have screenshots and duets of people thanking me for the 100% REAL gift cards that I give away out of my own pocket. So this is NO CAP! I have sent close to 100 reports asking for help from trolls, asking to protect my account, asking what I did wrong. Yet no one responds. No help is given. Tiktok does not care about its users at all. I have yet to see a non automated response. I have emailed the legal team, support team only to get the same bullshit response and no follow up. Tiktok is a joke. Never have I ever felt more disrespect from a company than this one. My first month was amazing and so much fun, I told everyone to get Tiktok. Now my second month in, I don't even bother. I've streamed on Facebook for over a year and never once have I been banned or had an issue. But I've already caught 6 or 7 violations on Tiktok for NO REASON! They just let trolls spam report you and shut you down without investigating. Had a real person came into my stream and seen how positive it is, how much I help people there would be no ban. Had they just simply said hey you can't do this in stream I could correct what I am doing and fix it. Had they made a streamer guideline that tells in detail what can and cannot be done or said in stream then we would all have more clarity and be able to keep our streams live and not banned.

Now there is a lot of word on the street that Larger grow hosts are out here paying people to get streams shut down so they can make all the gifting money. Huge drama in the grow host world. I have seen messages and heard recordings of other Live grow hosts doing these malicious things because of your FAULTY reporting system. It lets trolls and haters dictate whether any user can stream or be banned. There is no safety net, there is no help from Tiktok. I had over 1,000 people in my live stream, giving away a gift card for Christmas to a lucky individual just for being in my live.. nothing more. Tiktok banned me for 1 week with no explanation. I'm creating an amazing fun atmosphere for users, giving away gifts for people who support and gift me and you ban me? Is this real life? How negative can you be? It's absolutely insane what this app is and how they treat us people who stream.

Us grow hosts literally earn this company millions of dollars every year through their digital gifts which they take the majority of I'm sure. We aren't scamming or duping anyone. There is literal growth and connections happening within the app itself. I connect people from around the world and teach them how to grow and use the app. But they want to ban the people who earn their company money? You should be thanking us. We promote your app, help people understand how to use it, to grow and also make you money. Why would you ever ban someone that does that for your company? In what world does that make sense? Tiktok get your shit together. Protect us streamers before you lose all of us and millions of dollars that we help generate. Im not taking advantage of anyone. I literally tell people not to gift in my streams and they do. I also reward people who gift me with shoutout videos and thank you videos because they're spending money on me. It's a sign of respect and a thank you to them. But again: I get banned for what? Who knows? Does Tiktok even know? TELL US WHAT WE DID WRONG! Give us a chance to talk to someone so we can figure out a better solution! Let me appeal to an actual person and get a real response. So I have clarity on what you want to ban me for. Is it really that hard? Is it so hard to write up a streaming guideline that's detailed completely on what can and can't be done with a way to prove I have done nothing wrong? Stop banning us good people and start banning these trolls. Enough is enough. You let people cyber bully us and let them get away with it. Scammers create fake names and scam people too. Which I have reported and blocked.

I have a simple way to help. You ask for ID's when joining the creator fund. Why can't you ask for ID's to view a live stream? Let us set age limits to our streams. So if I say it's 18+ that means you had to have had your age verified on the app in order to join the stream. Pretty simple, right? Adult conversations can take place and no one has to worry about kids being in there or gifting or anything you're worrying about. You realize how much the bans and reports would go down? There should be an 18+ tiktok experience so adults can be adults. If they don't like it, they can leave an no harm to any children will be done. Simply add a button that says adults or everyone. That way when you post or go live you can make sure what you're putting on Tiktok goes to the right people. You got half naked women all over this app, asses and titties shaking everywhere and all these little kids see it. But that's OK right? If it's not suitable for kids, give people the option for it and it'll block it from and non age verified account seeing it. GENIUS!
