Sega has announced for Sonic Racing Crossworlds that Sega characters will be added for free with the game, however there are very few spots left especially one of them being given to a 2nd Yakuza character, and now there are 3 mystery slots that remain, however it is unclear who these slots will go to yet, and I really hope that these won't be the last ones and that after the next 3 we can get more.

I made a petition for B.D. Joe to be added since he is my most wanted, but my next most wanted in the game is Tikal and Mephiles, being some of my favorite Sonic characters I think they both would be fantastic additions to the game, especially with them being more obscure characters, and both have grown slightly in popularity so it would be nice for them to not only return, but have their first ever playable appearance (not counting mobile games).

as for how they would be playable given how Tikal is canonically dead in the Sonic series, and Mephiles being trapped in the Scepter, there are some work arounds I had in mind

1: the game has AI racer skins for each of the characters, so they could explain it with making an AI that is more advance than the previous ones and actually believes they are the real versions of these characters

2: the game does bring up other dimensions so they could use an explanation that the Tikal and Mephiles we play as are from another dimensions where they didn't die or were trapped

3: the simplest one, don't bring it up, the Werehog is playable despite most of the maps being in the daytime as well as Dark Gia not being awakened, the Werehog was very situational but despite none of the criteria met the Werehog is still playable, so don't see why this can't be applied to Tikal and Mephiles

So there are work arounds and how they can work.

Again we don't know who the next 3 slots will go to, but I really hope that those 3 won't be the last ones and we can get more free Sega characters. 

So I'm making this poll hopefully to get my opinion and voice out there and maybe someone can see this and spread the message and maybe someone at Sega might be able to see this.
