ICE was created in a post-911 America as an added safety measure against terrorism.  It has become something altogether different and is now the second largest criminal investigative org, next to the FBI.  ICE is new, but powerful and lacks reasonable accountability.  Much reform is needed regarding immigration but before anything else, ICE must be abolished to protect families and the values that are foundational to America.
