Change of wording to petition

Dear all Thanks for all your amazing shares. Over 2200 new supporters in less than 2 days . Amazing . I have updated the petition wording to make it more relevant to the changes the BSACI have now recommended this week . The petition also cites #carrytwo which is the Twitter campaign .
