📢 ATTENTION – MY DOGS HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY IMPRISONED IN THE SHELTER FOR 2 YEARS

Since September 2023, my dogs (SKIF, ZEN, SISI, ZONDA, LOLA) have been held in the Animal Shelter in Olsztyn – without any legal basis. (with new names: AWA, ALFA, MALTA, ZEFIR, JAZZ)

➡️ Recently, the Court in my case clearly stated that the dogs are NOT SUBJECT TO THE CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS.
This means there is no legal reason for them to remain locked in the shelter.

➡️ Despite my formal requests to release the dogs, despite informing the shelter’s management that their continued detention entails criminal and civil liability, the dogs are still being blocked.

➡️ The Court has already accepted my lawsuit for misappropriation of my dogs by the Shelter.
This means the case is now on the court’s docket, and those responsible will be held accountable.

Meanwhile, my dogs have been trapped in the shelter for 2 years, isolated, without their rightful owner and without any law – and their health and condition are deteriorating every month.

⚠️ This is a tragedy not only for me as the owner, but above all for the animals, which were deprived of normal life, movement, and care, even though they had a home and a human who cared for them.

I demand their immediate release and an end to this lawlessness.
