Police Scotland have admitted that officers attended the bail address of Robbie Smullen, on Friday 17th of May 2019 at 01:35 to check he was complying with his court ordered 7pm to 7am curfew. He did not present himself at the door, he did not respond and they noted the house was in darkness. They did not bother to look for him, showing no regard for the safety of the public and did not go back to his bail address until 2 days later when he was in the property…….they did not apprehend him to appear in court before a Sheriff, who would have remanded him in prison; they instead let him away with breaching his court ordered curfew and he went on to assault several people in the weeks that followed before murdering our child. Why did the Police let him away with so much, so often?

We are really keen to hear from anyone who saw this violent coward at any time during the month before Barry was murdered, when he was supposed to be subject to a curfew and several bail orders. Any information will help;
