For context - this is a photo of the roadside playpark, Police Scotland were called to by members of the public who reported Robbie Smullen violently attacking a young boy.  When the Police Officers arrived soon after they apprehended the victim of the assault, looked over at Robbie Smullen standing in the park, then drove away.  When the witnesses phoned Police Scotland again to say “you have taken the victim of the assault away, you need to come back for Robbie Smullen who is still outside behaving aggressively’, the Police did not bother to return, despite knowing Robbie Smullen was subject to several bail orders and a court ordered curfew which he was in breach of, and despite knowing he was violent with a history of carrying weapons.  The witnesses saw him with a metal chain or knuckle duster. He went on to violently assault another boy with a metal chain as he freely wandered around the city of Perth before he later stabbed Barry to death. Police Scotland have been corrupt in their attempts to conceal the incident at the playpark for their own reputational benefit, which is corrupt.  It was a quiet Monday night in the month of June, broad daylight & look at the view they had of this small pkaypark from the roadside - if different officers had been on duty, he would’ve been apprehended and our child Barry would still be here with us - shame on Police Scotland!!
