They Broke Britain's Constitution — Remove This Government Now
The Issue
Britain’s democratic foundations are under direct attack. Our basic rights - parental authority, family privacy, religious freedom - are being dismantled by reckless government overreach.
Through measures such as the Children's Wellbeing and Schools Bill, this Government has:
🚨 Violated the fundamental right of parents to raise and educate their children according to their conscience;
🚨 Breached the right to private and family life enshrined in Article 8 of the Human Rights Act 1998;
🚨 Assaulted religious freedom under Article 9 and defied Protocol 1, Article 2 of the European Convention on Human Rights;
🚨 Disregarded basic principles of data protection and privacy, granting unchecked surveillance powers into the homes of law-abiding families;
🚨 Betrayed Britain’s unwritten constitutional principles - proportionality, restraint, the sanctity of the home - tearing at the moral fabric that legitimises parliamentary rule itself.
By doing so, it has broken its constitutional covenant with the British people, undermined fundamental rights, and thereby forfeited its moral and legal legitimacy to govern.
Britain’s unwritten constitution demands not simply majority rule, but rule within the limits of law, liberty, and respect for the people.
Majority rule cannot be allowed to dismantle the very democracy it claims to represent.
When a Government systematically erodes the foundations of parental rights, private life, religious freedom, and the rule of law, it steps beyond its rightful authority - no matter how large its majority.
Parliamentary sovereignty is not absolute licence. It exists within a sacred trust: to protect individual freedoms, to honour the sanctity of the home, and to uphold the people's rights against arbitrary power.
We, the undersigned citizens of the United Kingdom, therefore respectfully but firmly demand:
⚖️ That Parliament and its constitutional guardians - the Speaker of the House of Commons, the Lord Speaker, and all Members of Parliament - formally withdraw recognition of this Government's legitimacy to govern;
⚖️ That urgent constitutional steps be initiated to restore lawful, rights-respecting governance;
⚖️ That all Parliamentarians uphold their oath to defend Britain’s democratic order - by protecting the rule of law, individual liberty, and constitutional norms - before irreparable damage is done.
Britain’s democracy was built on restraint, accountability, and freedom - not on majoritarian rule at any price.
When constitutional principles are betrayed, silence is not an option.
🚨 Britain’s Future Depends on Action Now.
⚖️ No Government is above the Constitution.
⚖️ No Parliamentarian can stand idle when democracy itself is under attack.
⚖️ No citizen can afford to look away.
👉 Stand today for democracy, liberty, and the future of Britain.
- Withdraw public confidence from this Government.
- Defend our Constitution.
- Save our freedom.
⚡ History will ask: Who stood for freedom when it was most at risk?
⚡ Let it be said: We defended Britain’s Constitution. We defended our children’s future.
👉 Sign now. Speak out. Stand firm.
