Lets be clear...The Naylor Report is a well crafted handbook on asset stripping but whose assets is it stripping? Whose tax payers money, paid in over many years will be sold off for cheap in '2 for 1' deals. YOURS!!! However an awesome 5,323 of you have so far signed this petition. I scaled things back for several weeks mindful of the Grenfell tradgedy and how important those petions got the support the needed. Two weeks ago I spent over an horrendous week in hospital stunned by the terrible decline of my local large hospital. None of it was the fault off the staff. All of it was the fault of under staffing, under funding and now the selling off of more and more NHS assests that will not be replaced. I was very aware of the many signs urging you to take up private care on the Harbour Ward on the top floor, these signs being on NHS wards mind you. Its blatent the direction our health care is heading. However we have seen this model in action in the US and it is in a diabolical situation. Under that model, when the recent terror attacks happened in Manchester & London, then those in distress and trauma would have been given forms to fill in and a price to place on their horror. The Grenfell Towers survivors, whilst in the middle of desperately wondering where their loved ones were and having just lost everything, would have been handed medical insurance forms and bills. No respect or empathy given to the distress that the patients are enduring. We have always done better than that and the NHS has been at the centre of it all. The plans of the Naylor Report are the new nail in the NHS coffin. NOT IN MY NAME! Share far and wide and please sign! Blessings to you all Danielle Xxx
