Hey, Dear Readers! It’s great to see you again! Quite a few things have happened since my last update. Yes… Through my one profanity-laden email response to a deliberately inflammatory email received from this maniacal malfunctioning male automaton, I have now been banned from my Jobcentre Plus! Check this out… The manager or managers decided to involve the Government Legal Department, and they have responded in a way to say that I am a danger to the physical being of these humanoid robots. This would be laughable if it were funny, but this is a deliberate slight on my character. These faecal sucking creatures aren’t able to discern from an angry outburst in the form of an email from a real violent threat. The Government Legal Department have not bothered to ascertain a single piece of information pertaining to my demonstration of anger. The managers at my Jobcentre Plus have cynically used the GLD to enforce a ban in order to keep me away from the New Enterprise Allowance Scheme. Can you imagine that? Instead of assisting me in the best way possible to ensure my business is a success they’d prefer to impose an undue ban. Look, I get it… I took the bait, I got angry, and I let this pathologically stupid man have both barrels and reloaded and dispensed another round for good measure. Yes, you are right… I should not have allowed myself to stoop to their level, but I did. The other side of the equation is that after being unduly sanctioned twice in a row for November & December 2016, having my New Enterprise Allowance Scheme sabotaged, and being constantly lied to, something had to give. Now, if I had left the comfort of my home, got on the bus, and manhandled this absolute maggot ridden donkey of a man, I could understand being banned. There again, these so-called Jobcentre Plus staff – including “senior managers” do not want me to access the NEA. In fact, when I found out that this malfunctioning male automaton had lied to me about the nature of the 40+ Programme, I resisted accompanying the programme representative to have a talk with him because I was hacked off to have had my time wasted! I told the representative, “Please punch him in the face for me...” I was joking of course… She laughed… However, this somewhat retarded personnel at the Government Legal Department have seen fit to issue a notification to not only ban me but warn me of being arrested, charged and prosecuted… Oh, but that’s not all… As per usual with this incredibly stupid government, they warn that I would have to pay the legal fees (should I be tried in a civil court and lose)! Hello??? Pay with what??? With the generous Universal Credit Personal Allowance that has caused me to get into debt through unlawful sanctions??? It’s always about the money with the DAF (dumb as f**K) Tories. The Tories simply have no idea about life, the economy, and everything else! They couldn’t give a toss! Oh, wait a minute… I am sure Damien (Omen – The Final Conflict) Green will have something to say about not giving a toss! What a tosser! SILVER LINING I guess every cloud has a silver lining… As I type, it is now calm after a torrent of rain! Bring back the snow! I can see more blue hues in the sky once more! I am also conscious of having the light on at this time of day… The electric bill! Jeez! But I am thinking that things will turn out right! Anyway, I received the notice of the ban the first week of this month… I forget which day it was… But yesterday, I got a phone call from another Jobcentre Plus with regards to me transferring… I think I just about beat the Government Legal Department and the usual Jobcentre Plus office where I would normally attend by issuing complaints to both the manager at the Jobcentre Plus and the Complaint Resolution Team – for all the good my latest serious of complaints will do. In my complaint, I suggested that it may be a good idea to transfer to another Jobcentre Plus establishment as the “work coaxes” are simply not up to par. So, with that… I will transfer! In-between the phone call about the transfer, I received a letter from the manager (at my usual or former Jobcentre Plus) to say that she’ll “investigate” the points raised with my complaints. Truthfully, I do not have any hope that she will a) do an investigation and b) do anything with my complaints against this malfunctioning male automaton calling itself a “work coach”, which is actually a “work coax”. I made a bunch of complaints last year, and between the manager and the Complaint Resolution Team, they could not see the heap of crap that Tricky Vicky had entered into the Universal Credit systems. I did not win my tribunals by being particularly clever… NO! I won my tribunals thanks to Tricky Vicky’s nonsense that I was able to access through the respondent's tribunal bundle that featured not only her warped accounts of events filled with false narratives, but my true accounts of certain events (taking from my Universal Jobmatch account) was part of that same bundle!!! Can you believe it???? Really, and truly, I needn’t have stepped into the tribunal building. The tribunal was pretty much pointless, I mean, it is unprecedented for the respondents to incriminate themselves in the way that they did. Do you know what??? I’ll tell you… The “decision maker” stated that the sanctions should be upheld because my former “work coax”, Tricky Vicky, “felt” that I had not done enough to look for work – despite two “work-focussed” interviews that had a “witness” each for the purpose of stopping me from working on my online portfolio. But to my former work coax’s shame, the “witnesses” sided with me: I am a Graphics & Multimedia Designer who needed an online portfolio to show prospective employers what I am capable of. In fact, one of the “witnesses” was Tricky Vicky’s own “line manager” who could have prevented the undue sanctions. But Tricky Vicky and Denial Delilah are the best of friends… I have observed how pally these people are with each other… Yeah, prolonged gazes, and if in close proximity there’s a caress of a hand, etc. Awww… Love, eh??? Well, instead of focussing on looking for work, etc, I spent the most part of a year exonerating myself from Tricky Vicky’s lies. I hate the bitch! Well, I don’t really hate her… I don’t even know her… She probably attends church on a Sunday, thinking she’s one of God’s highly favoured ones. I just hate that’s she’s a cowardly narcissistic pathologically stupid lying piece of crap in her job! TIME LIMIT I have until next week Monday to decide if I am going to transfer to the other Jobcentre Plus establishment… I think am going to say “yes” to it. I need a change, and maybe… just maybe, I can get on the New Enterprise Allowance Scheme… I am not holding my breath though. I do believe that there is, in existence, a profile on me that is very uncomplimentary that keeps me away from incentives that I can benefit from such as the New Enterprise Allowance Scheme. I think that what will happen with the new Jobcentre Plus people is that I may get a more sympathetic ear but I still will be stonewalled from initiatives that I can actually help me! That stated I am hoping that it won’t be the case. If you happen to be on Universal Credit and want to be self-employed, you have to go through what is known as the “Self-Employed Gateway” and one of the requirements – albeit further down the line – is that you have to be able to prove that you are “gainfully self-employed”. This means that you are running your business with a view to making a profit and that you can prove it! When this was said to me, I could see the trace of a smug smile as if to say, “Let’s see you get out of this one...” This is how petty and mind-numbingly stupid these work coaxes are! They really have in mind that going the self-employed route is a means of avoiding looking work! I would like you to understand that I have had to transfer to another Jobcentre Plus establishment because of the pettiness and sadism that is administered by non-intelligent unqualified people who have nothing else better to do than assume the worst of the clientele where my former Jobcentre Plus is concerned. They’ve had to use the Government Legal Department to bully me just for the purpose of accessing incentives that will be of great benefit to me as a self-employed individual. Something is definitely wrong! My goodness! FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT In the meantime, I am working on crowdfunding my business as I have come to realize that an institution that professes to help people into employment/self-employment is not going to assist me in going forward, armed with the best possible expertise to guide me there. I guess, if you have been following my updates, you know that I am one determined individual. My family have dubbed me "The Terminator" as I take a licking and keep on kicking!
