This lunatic does not appear to understand his ideas - "thought processes" are complete and utter nonsense! The course will start on 05/12/17 and you will be attending on 7th, 12th and 14th of December between 10am – 4pm each day. This will be added to your claimant commitment as a mandatory requirement.” Can you see anything wrong with his statement? Well, for a start I never stated that I could “benefit from advice help managing money” - not that you would know - you won't lose any points. I have been unduly sanctioned and I have learned how to manage on very little money! That, you do know! Or should know if you have been following my updates! So, this clown goes ahead and books me on to this course that I simply do not need. Here’s the course outline: - “Who is this course for? The extended Level 1 course combines 2 qualifications; the Level 1 Award in Bookkeeping and the Level 1 Award in Computerised Accounting. These are introductory level qualifications which cover manual bookkeeping and accounting, the basic skills required to use computerised accounting software (Sage) and the use of spreadsheets to present financial information. The course is Ideal for those who are new to accountancy and are considering a career in accountancy and finance. This short course is over 5 weeks (you will study 2 days per week) and provide you with a sound foundation in accounting and bookkeeping.” From the description above, do you think it is what I need in order to get my business up and running? Is this lunatic male automaton right to have booked me for the accountancy course??? You decide! Oh, this course is quite a trek and I have to travel by bus as I have no funds for a train service. The course starts at 10 AM, which means that I will be caught up in the morning rush and it will cost me more to travel at peak time on the train! This idiot male automaton simply has not given any thought to what I would have to go through in order to get to a certain part of London and the course is not even worth my effort as it is not what I need! The automaton gives the impression that I need help managing my money when the accountancy course is about relatively advanced bookkeeping using Sage software that I do not have at home. This madman wants to bake this course – that’s not totally useless – into my Claimant Commitment as a “Mandatory Requirement”??? Here’s another excerpt of his hostile email: - “I have spoken to them and senior managers here who all agree with my thought process.” This madman is referring to the dialogue he has had with the NEA (and the managers at the jokecentre). What makes me laugh is the this, “...my thought process,” this is a seemingly intelligent individual who thought that it would be in my best interests to attend a voluntary over 40s programme when I told him that I am looking to be self-employed. This is a man with a great degree of understanding and cogent reasoning who has booked me for the accountancy course that is not appropriate… I am not consulted... My actual needs never get taken into consideration. I don't have a say in his "thought process". What the actual f**k???? The one good thing that has come from the malfunctioning male automaton is that I have not only his damning email that clearly illustrates that his “thought processes” are anything but rational, he also admits to sabotaging my NEA entry for no logical reason! I also have emails from my Stephanie Stepford that has her giving me a contact number and name for someone at the NEA with the view to see if they’d retake me! These people are so demented that they can’t even lie straight! Here’s another extract from malfunctioning male automaton: - “My colleagues have clearly heard me spend several minutes telling you numerous reasons why that makes no sense especially as you reported yourself as ready to trade as self employed...” Now, as I remember – as it was only a couple of days ago – the other work coaxes that he is referring to were busy with clients, so they shouldn’t have been eavesdropping. He knows that I backed him into a corner with pure logic as I was able to counter his negative points with very positive ones. And it’s not like I had a cunning plan to manipulate the automaton, I just countered with common sense responses; he couldn’t hack it! As a result of cocking up, he’s now prepared to tell dirty lies in order to make him look as though he came off better in the meeting we had. Nothing could be further from the truth! Again, these work coaxes really believe that to be given such a title, a desk and a PC that they are magically imbued with intelligence. Sadly, no! These people are exceptionally stupid and are punishing me for it! I have to laugh! They can’t break me! I am not the most educated man in the world but these people are so freaking unintelligent that they really believe in what they are saying and doing… They don’t think to question as to what they are doing is in the best interests of the client and for themselves. In me, is a fighter that stands his ground; it looks like they've never dealt with a person of my caliber - whatever that may be. I think they are beginning to understand that I am not going to take any nonsense and I will take my complaints as high as they can go! The so-called managers and complaint resolution bodies have done absolutely nothing with my complaints. They are like, “There, there… We’ve looked into your complaints, and we found that the officers (they are officers now).... (yes, you saw it from a mile off) followed procedure… I am sorry that you had to be sanctioned for 48 days but your work coach felt (and the operative word is “felt”) that you didn’t do enough to look for work…There’s a good boy!
