Good day, Dear Readers!
I hope that you are keeping well and strong! Yes, times are hard but we are harder! This is a system designed to inflict damage. In the mind of the Tory, those who are dependent on welfare assistance are weak and they must go! But it is a weak government and, ultimately, country that it weak whereby it cannot take care of its citizens. This government acts like some third world dictatorship; the oppressor PM and her collection of bandit MPs raid the wealth and hoard it amongst themselves. It is despicable.
TOTAL RECALL
Regarding my sanction for a total of 13 days... I now know exactly what happened regarding that one! To keep this story even shorter, I was looking for something yesterday and in doing so I stumbled across the sanction notification letter or whatever they call it. And me, being true to form, did not put that letter aside as it was not the thing that I was searching for! But I have an idea where it is. Lol! What am I like, eh? In any event, I know that I can prove myself in a tribunal situation.
I have asked for the recording of my conversation with a Service Centre operative regarding the November sanction. This must be the second or third time I have asked for the recording and it is still not forthcoming. Gee, I wonder why? I know that I should never have had a sanction imposed on me for the month of November 2016. I am extremely confident that I have won the argument about this November 2016 sanction outright! Just to remind you, that particular sanction came about through me accidentally missing an appointment on the 28th July 2016. I received the notification regarding the missed appointment in August. The notification was dated 1st August 2016 and I must have received it on the 3rd of August 2016 (it's funny how my Mandatory Reconsideration Notice response can't get to me in good time) and therefore I called up the Service Centre (on the same day, 3rd of August) and was told that I wasn't going to be sanctioned. But come the 5th of November 2016, I received a notification to say that I have been sanctioned (because I missed my appointment on the 28th July 2016). That notification letter was dated 20th October 2016 - if memory serves.
That's right, I remember because my former work coach issued a letter of concern that was dated 19th October 2016 which eventually lead to a 28-day sanction for the month of December 2016. Again, both sanctions do not make any sense and it supports my idea that I have been specifically targetted. Something is definitely off with the DWP/JCP and Universal Credit Service Centre.
ANGER & FRUSTRATION
Once again, the system has set me up with untruths and that is the crux of the November 2016 sanction. Now, if this has been a mistake then the mysterious decision makers are taking an awful long time in rectifying it. On the other hand, if this was done deliberately, as I suspect, it is abhorrent. It is breaking the law!
The 28-day sanction does not make any sense and it seems that my new work coach hasn't, thus far, been able to understand what happened there. What's infuriating is that my former work coach's line manager was a witness in the discovery that a "concern" was ill-founded. Yet, she's acting like she does not understand what has happened. I can't believe that the line manager can be that stupid. The most frustrating thing is that she could have intervened to prevent the 28-day sanction and she still should be able to come forward as a witness to inform the mysterious decision makers that a mistake has been made. I think am going to put in a formal complaint against this line manager because her actions are morally reprehensible. She's coming across as a slimeball. Yuck!
IN THE MEANTIME
I have to patiently wait until a decision has been made on my Mandatory Reconsideration Notice; either will understand that an "error" has been made - in other words, they will understand that this attempt to steal my welfare assistance is too clumsy for them to get away with it and therefore they will cease this course of action. Or I will have to fight for stolen welfare assistance in yet another tribunal. I don't when that will be... Probably March or April this year! That's a long time wait for £426.40 but that is nearly half a grand and I don't know why this DWP Universal Credit system thinks that I wouldn't miss this amount. Peculiar, if you ask me. You can rest assured that this stolen money will be coming back to me. The dirty crooks!
