Hi there, Readers! It's great to see you as always! I hope that you are keeping well! I hope that you are resolute in staying strong and to overcome the obstacles that the DWP/JCP places in your way! Me? Well, this petition has given me extra resolve. I am determined more than ever to get justice - not just for myself! I want justice for all who have been unduly sanctioned. Well, there is no such thing as a due sanction as the government has absolutely no right to put anyone in jeopardy by taking away their welfare assistance ("benefits"). It's just Tory stupidity. Arrogant, idiotic, self-righteous Tory tomfoolery. THE LATEST DEVELOPMENT OVER MY SANCTIONS As promised, my new work coach - I think she's a Keep It Simple Susan - emailed me the "records" regarding my consecutive sanctions for November and December 2016. Pictured above is how I imagine my babe of a work coach extracting information on me on my behalf. Ha ha! Apparently, I was sent a UC70 and UC71 form that asks me to explain myself in order to determine if a sanction is justified. Well, I can tell you that I never, NEVER received those forms. All I received was the notification to let me know that I have been sanctioned. And in those notifications, there is no mention of the UC70 & UC71 forms and no question as to why I did not fill those forms in. I will have to find those papers again to double check as it could be that I missed those details due to being flabberghasted finding out that I had been sanctioned! In any event, I did not receive those forms (UC70 & UC71) through the post. That's horseshit! Had I received those forms whereby I would have been able to give a good account of why I shouldn't be sanctioned, those forms would have been filled in and sent back via recorded or signed delivery. Trust me, it is a risk to send vital forms back to the Tax Office, Tax Credit Office, and DWP/Universal Credit Service Centre through standard post. 01. Post to these voids can go "missing". 02. When it gets to the right person it could expedite the process. 03. You have proof that you sent the documents that will be hard to refute - they will try it! And even when you have sent in your documents, you are still at the mercy that whoever received it will be able to send it on to the appropriate channel; that's what happened to me over my recent Mandatory Reconsideration Notices. I found out that the documents reached but some muppet did not send it to the mysterious decision maker! Do you honestly think they want to make your life easy? RESOLVE I don't know what has happened with regards to my records over my consecutive sanctions but it seems to me that someone could have edited the history behind them that lead to the theft of my welfare assistance. Could that someone be my former work coach, Tricky Vicky? I would not put anything past that woman as she is truly evil. She probably goes to church on Sundays. LMAO! That's the kind of psychopath we are dealing with! Some of these people really think that what they are doing is right and that it is good for us. No! Well, I just continue to gather up evidence for a possible tribunal. The way things are shaping up I should win - should it come to yet another tribunal. That's a tribunal for each year starting from 2013! That's got to be a record! I am hoping that these idiots will climb off their high horses and give me a positive on my Mandatory Reconsideration Notice thus giving me my stolen welfare assistance back.
