NLC "reLEASE Me" London Demonstration Video

Last week the NLC organised a demonstration outside Westminster to raise awareness of our campaign but to also to ensure government do not forget exsisting leaseholder's already stuck in the Leasehold Scandal. We also handed in this petition to Number 10. We have decided to keep the petition open so you can still continue to sign. Our demonstration in London was a massive success and was well supported by MP's including the Shadow Housing Secretary John Healey. We thought it was important we captured the day, therefore we have released this video. Please share it far and wide. We need to reach out to leaseholder's nationally. What this will entail is not yet clear but they are asking for evidence to be submitted to them by Friday 7th September. The Committee is particularly concerned with what more can be done for existing leaseholders, in both houses and flats, affected by onerous terms such as high service and administrative charges, and large increases in ground rents.
