All lives matter! Two monkeys have already died and how can this facility be sure this won't happen again?  The Zoo has been reporting the deaths wrong to the News and to the City of Springfield, "Christian Gainer, president of the Zoo in Forest Park, said Friday that the zoo erroneously reported that two of its monkeys died in early January after the heat failed in their shed, when actually just one monkey died in that incident and another died in an unrelated monkey fight".  What else is going on at this place? 

Zoo director John Lewis is a city employee, paid approximately $58K by Springfield, and the zoo only pays $1 a year to lease the space.  Where is the money going?   It's not just the monkeys that need help, a donkey named Mikey (and his friends, according to the Zoo's facebook page) need funds to help provide them with adequate housing.

These issues imply the remaining animals are unsafe. Springfield, MA doesn't want to be associated with a place like this -- shut it down.
