Dear Dr Aucott,

Thank you for making that statement as past Chair of the Tick-Borne Disease Working Group.

So, when do we stop pretending that a crime hasn’t been committed so that we can get to the business of immediately developing an accurate test for all stages of disease and find a cure for this antibiotic resistant/tolerant superbug?

The US Centers for Disease Control refuses to acknowledge persistent infection as reported by the Lyme Disease Association:

If not the CDC, then what public health agency is responsible for escalating Lyme disease to “Highest Alert” for immediate action?

One of the tactics (racketeering scheme) for denying persistent infection has been to suppress evidence of persistent infection after extensive antibiotic treatment and then claim there is no evidence or refer to the so-called “Klempner Antibiotic Trials” while ignoring everything else as Dr. Denis Dixon did during the March 4th TBDWG meeting.

It would appear that members of the TBDWG are colluding with the defendants of the RICO lawsuit (Lisa Torrey vs IDSA) as one of those defendants (Eugene Shapiro) is an active member of the Working Group.

Apparently, alleged white collar crime does not disqualify anyone from being a member on the Tick-Borne Disease Working group? Shapiro’s existence is a HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST!

This whole process is absolutely absurd and little more than a continuation of a government sponsored/financed crime that has left hundreds of thousands (if not millions worldwide) in a debilitated state.  

I don’t see how you can disagree Dr. Aucott.
