Consider the following hypothetical scenario:
Imagine for a moment that you were able to design a species of Borrelia that does not develop the classic bulls-eye rash? By the time the enemy figures out what they’re dealing with those afflicted have already advanced to late stage and beyond help….objective achieved.
Only those patients with erythema migrans (Bulls-eye rash) have the unadulterated Borrelia (the one that’s been in existence for 5000 yrs) and have the best chance of treatment success because it can be treated early. The only way to solve an accidental release is to vaccinate the entire population.
One way to stop the runaway epidemic is to redefine it by narrowing the disease's diagnostic criteria so tightly (Dearborn) that it's hard for any chronically ill (late stage) Lyme patient to fit the profile and obtain insurance reimbursement. The criteria for positive test results were based on having the bulls-eye rash. The prescribing of long term antibiotics (specifically IV administered) would potentially bankrupt the insurance industry….. not to mention disability compensation for the hundreds of thousands if not millions worldwide.
Dr. Sin Lee’s DNA Sequencing technology has the ability to identify the modified Borrelia and perhaps he already did in 2013 with the discovery of a new species of Borrelia in the Hudson Valley NY area. (DNA Sequencing must be avoided at all costs)

Unlike the discovery of Borrelia mayonii by the Mayo Clinic, there was no acknowledgement of Dr. Lee’s “novel Borrelia” species. Shortly thereafter the CDC abruptly ended all communication with Dr. Lee with no explanation.
Downplaying the severity of the disease (avoiding the horribly disabled) while focusing on the acute stage is all part of the master propaganda plan to hide the truth from an unsuspecting public; a man-made plague.

Although this scenario is identified as "hypothetical", it certainly matches the current situation of denial.

The order requires the agency to say if it experimented with insects for use as a biological weapon between 1950 and 1975
The House quietly voted last week to require the Pentagon inspector general to tell Congress whether the department experimented with weaponizing disease-carrying insects and whether they were released into the public realm — either accidentally or on purpose.

Is this the real reason why there was a rush to create a vaccine as a “cure-all” for an incurable, horribly disabling disease??
Public outcry has been ignored as patient testimony all across America (And the world) is describing a disease that is destroying lives, ending careers while leaving its victim in financial ruin. We have been dealing with an antibiotic resistant/tolerant superbug purposely concealed to promote vaccine development. Ignoring evidence that the infection persists after the one-size-fits-all treatment guideline [1] insures that the disease is never recognized as chronic because a chronic relapsing seronegative disease DOES NOT FIT THE VACCINE MODEL!!
No disrespect for those individuals on the Tick-Borne Disease Working Group who genuinely do want to see change but there is little doubt that this Working Group is a pacifier while the thirty year agenda/deception continues unabated. Shapiro on the Working Group is confirmation of this observation.
