PETITION FOR TRUTH

A Declaration of Support by the People of the Philippines for the Release of the Election Truth.

Whereas, from data and statements publicly given by both COMELEC and PPCRV definitely show irregularities in the May 9, 2022 election;

Whereas, the observed irregularities revolve in the first two hours of counting in the Transparency Server (TS) that are statistically, mathematically, and logically HIGHLY IMPROBABLE IF NOT IMPOSSIBLE;

Whereas, demand letters were sent to COMELEC to show proof that indeed there were actual Vote Counting Machines (VCMs) transmissions to the TS that would account for the INCREDIBLE 20M+ votes counted and shown to the public at 8:02pm of May 9, just an hour after voting closed at 7pm;

Whereas, in a Forum held last October 18, 2022, COMELEC showed a graph where the accumulated VCM transmissions PEAKED TWO HOURS after transmissions started, in stark contrast with the TS counting that PEAKED ONE HOUR after voting closed, indicating that the TS was counting more votes than what the VCMs were transmitting which is clearly FRAUDULENT;

Whereas, the petition for the preservation and non-alteration of the transmission logs has been filed before the Supreme Court last November 3, 2022,

Whereas, this petition is an expression and recognition of the sovereign right of the people to know under the right of information act,

Whereas, the Comelec has not been transparent in providing the transmission logs which were their basis for counting the more than 20Million votes during the first hour after the poll closing,

Whereas, the CBCP through its Caritas arm, has issued its statement of support for the petition,

We, the people of the Philippines, hereby demand that COMELEC take immediate action on this petition, to show the voting public the transmission logs to prove that there were actually VCM transmissions between 7pm to 8pm to account for the 20M+ votes shown by the TS on 8:02pm of May 9;

Any further delay can cause irreparable damage to the integrity of our election system and the people have the right to take redress granted by the Constitution.
