On April 1, 1970 Laurie Stevens was kidnapped in Denison, Tx near her home while walking home from school. She was 11 years old. Her body was found several days later naked in a ravine and shot 6 times. Charles Dennis Easley was convicted of this crime and the verdict was later overturned on a technicality. He remains in prison for the murder of another young girl Donna Marie Golish. He picked her up while she was walking home from school one day. We would like to keep him in prison for as long as possible. I am writing this to petition the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole to help keep this man behind bars.
