Israeli citizens and supporters of Israel worldwide are horrified at the failure of the Israeli Justice System to extradite serial child sex offender, Malka Leifer. 

Five years and 62 trial hearings after Malka's unforgivable actions were brought to light, a "special panel" of psychiatric specialists has continually accepted Malka's claims of "mentally incompetency" despite extensive documentation by private investigators refuting that claim. 

The psychiatric panel is either incompetent, and should thus be disbanded, or is knowingly taking part in a criminal coverup to protect Malka. 

We the undersigned make the following two demands:

1. Malka Leifer who is wanted on 74 charges of child sexual abuse in Australia, must be extradited immediately to stand trial and face her accusers!

2. The psychiatric panel that has clearly been protecting Malka from extradition for the past five years must be immediately put under investigation for criminal misconduct.  

Enough is enough - Justice must finally be served!
