On behalf of the Movement for Temple Renewal in Jerusalem, we would like to wish all of our supporters and Jews across the world a very happy and Kosher Passover. This week hundreds participated the yearly mock Passover Offering, which took place on the ancient southern steps leading to the Temple Mount. It was the first time the police allowed the yearly event to be held so close to the Temple Mount. The purpose of the event is to teach the nation how the real Passover Offering should be conducted and prepare for the day when the Israeli Government will grant a permit for the real Offering to take place on the afternoon before Seder night on the Temple Mount itself. As evidence of the growing popularity of the event, numerous public officials and Rabbis joined in the event, including; The Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem, Rabbi Arieh Shtern; Rosh Yeshiva of the Gush, Rabbi Yaakov Meidan; Knesset Member Yehuda Glick among many others. Despite this positive movement in the right direction, we must remember that as long as the Israeli Government bans Jewish Prayer on the Mount while restricting their access and movement, the real Passover Offering is a long way off. We hope you will take part in our mission by making any size donation to help our movement to continue to strengthen the Jewish connection to the Temple Mount. https://www.youcaring.com/movementfortemplerenewal-1077744
