Final email to the Joint Committee On Human Rights

THE EMAIL TO THE JOINT COMMITTEE ON HUMAN RIGHTS the email give below is the response from the Children's Commissioners for the UK to the same evidence about the child exploitation I previously sent to Joint Committee On Human Rights. I replied to this email asking whether the Commissioners could timetable a date to take the action described in it, and have not as yet received a response to this and so assume that such timetabling will not be done. Consequently, I believe the Joint Committee is the only organization that can deal with this matter because it can employ the powers of the Human Rights Act to require a judicial review into that failure to properly enforce our child employment law that has resulted in 100,000s of children in the UK being exploited. Your correspondence was discussed at a recent meeting of the Commissioners. The matters you have raised do highlight areas of concern; however the Commissioners’ current work priorities mean that they are not in a position to act at present.
