Simplify regulatory processes governing space activities like licensing, spectrum allocations, and export controls, which can foster a more conductive environment for space innovation.  Then also invest in STEM education and workforce development programs. This includes scholarships, internships, and vocational training aimed to equip students and professionals with the skills needed to thrive in the space industry.
