The Issue
“Forgotten Person" in the Criminal Justice System just another statistic to them.
Julie is now a number 1 in 4 women whom was affected by domestic violence!
One of the average of two women being murdered!
every week!
One of the 16% of all violent crimes.
Julie was taken from us in a domestic violence abuse relationship as a result of trying to leave on 15th Nov 2005 leaving us all devastated.
Julie isn’t a number and to us she isn’t a forgotten person or a forgotten angel to us!
Ive now had the results of the hearing where The Murder RICHARD BUTCHER will be released into the public and now allowed to live amongst us all in the SWINDON AREA!
Breaks my heart that the system there to protect Julie’s memories, Julie’s family and friends now have to see this MURDER walk the street and might end up being your next door neighbour? Like nothing has happened.
My words can’t express how we are all feeling!
I’ve fought this for 15years,I’ll keep fighting for justice and will be putting up a petition and will be asking for everyone to sign it.
Please help us use the public power of the people who knew Julie and people that doesn’t want him in our local area!
21 days appeal will now be our only option, I’ve tried my best but it’s me fighting against them all. How is this possible? Who on the panel thought it would be a great idea sending the MURDER back to where he committed the crime like he has more rights than us!
If we go public then the power of you all and the public maybe make someone out there will listen! This might not work but to me it’s worth putting up a fight.
Sorry for breaking such bad news
Don’t let our Julie be forgotten!
please sign this petition which may help us stop RICHARD BUTCHER to return to the very place he committed this MURDER and previous violent crimes prior including 7yrs sentence for stabbing his ex wife with a screwdriver multiple times prior to my sisters death.
Thank you for all your support
