Kindly pay attention to the following if you choose to post your letters:
• Please make sure that your mail bears sufficient postage by weight and mail format
• Expression of any pornographic content, hateful/abusive or offensive languages are strictly prohibited
• Printed pictures or photos are acceptable, however, photo images should show the convicted person in custody among a group or with someone else, NOT individually. There is a restricted number of photos to be received each month, instead of enclosing a separate photo, printing photo images on a letter itself is recommended.
• Don't attach stickers or glitter to letters or cards
• We do not handle books on this occasion
• Please make sure you state your name and return address in the letters if you would like to receive replies from them. Kindly understand that they are still adapting prison life at the early phases of incarceration so they might not be able to reply to every letter received.
• To avoid infringement of copyrights, please do not send hardcopies of books.
