1 November, 2017 Dear Supporter of the PETITION TO STOP FARM MURDERS Thank you for your loyal support!! TODAY OUR PETITION STANDS AT 115,800 SIGNATURES. We thank God for your support! After much prayer and thinking, and after receiving hundreds of messages from farmers, family members who lost loved ones and many petitioners, I have decided to take your petition to THE UNITED NATIONS IN NEW YORK, the USA, and ask for an audience with the SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE UNITED NATIONS, H.E. Mr Antonio Gutierrez. The petition is growing daily and much planning and preparations will have to take place to take the petition to the UNITED NATIONS. Many petitioners believe it would be a waste of our time to take the petition to the State President, Mr Jacob Zuma, because he has done nothing about the farm murders and he continues to do nothing. It would be a similar waste of time to take the petition to the Minister of Police, Mr. Fikile Mbalula, because he has been critical of the mass action on Black Monday, 30th of October, 2017, and he has not released the specific statistics of farm attacks and murders. I will also start with a fundraising campaign to assist me to take the petition to the United Nations in New York. Any church leader or civil society leader who would like to accompany me to the United Nations in New York to hand over the petition is welcome to do so, with the understanding that we each person has to bear his/her own costs. My email address is: louisgreen69@gmail.com The main benefit of taking the petition to the United Nations in New York would be to create international awareness and to generate international support. In the meantime, civil mass action should continue in South Africa until there is a visible change in our nation. Psalm 91 - Ask God every day to protect your family against the evil and violence in our country. Be Blessed Kind Regards Pastor Louis Michael Green Petition Initiator Kraaifontein, Western Cape
