Dear Supporters, From correspondence between Playdell Smithyman and the DPEA on the appeal documentation website, it had been anticipated that the Reporter would issue his decision prior to Christmas 2015. However, in recent email correspondence on the site the case officer has advised that “the reporter... has not been able to complete the decision yet as he had envisaged. He is in the final stages of writing it up and anticipates its issue shortly after the New Year holiday”.
