Hi all Through the kind agreement of Mr Ray Williams, Founding General Manager of Medibank Private and Mr John Evered former CEO of both The Health Insurance Commission and Medibank Private, the ACCC will have the benefit of their counsel given both have agreed to be available to ACCC senior management to provide relevant information that may assist the ACCC in their thorough investigation of complaints before them.
