Proposed deregistration of Common Land at Lyde Green Common, Emersons Green, BRISTOL Grid Reference : ST 679 799. Common Re

Emersons Green Town Council have recently been made aware of an application by a private company to deregister Lyde Green Common.

At the last full council meeting on the 8th October Councillors unanimously agreed to fight this application and now ask for your support.

 The land which surrounds the Common is currently being built upon with approximately 2500 homes. This historic piece of land will soon form an integral part of the new Lyde Green development and we believe it is very important that it should remain common land.
