My co-worker took off the sticker we would use as a reminder of who and what we are working hard for. Unfortunately he has replaced it and didn’t tell any of us, he just showed up and a new sticker was on the water bottle. He still has the old sticker and refuses to put it back on. We will convince him to revert!
