We are all waiting to see what Donald the Omnipotent decides to do next.  Maybe he will decide to bomb Venezuela; he's not quite sure yet.  If he decides to bomb Venezuela, maybe our Congress will decide to oppose him; they are not sure yet.  We the People are sure.  Maybe the Congress will catch up!
