THE PEACE COVENANT 

A Sacred Proclamation for the Liberation of the Temple Mount = the Liberation of the Jewish People

Not because we lack land, but because our holiest site - the Temple Mount - is not yet free.

Though it stands in the heart of Jerusalem, it is today:

X Under foreign Islamic occupation
X Governed by an anti-Torah and Islamic authority
X Guarded not by peace, but by threats of bloodshed
X Enforced by a violent status quo that silences Jewish prayer with fear

This is not peace. It is coercion. It is desecration. It is exile.

Let the truth be stated before Heaven and Earth:

* Peace with the Jewish people begins with setting them spiritually free.

* The Temple Mount is the holiest site in the world. It is not a plaza. It is not a museum. It is the foundation of the Divine service commanded in the Torah.

* It belongs to the God of Israel, and by divine command, it is entrusted exclusively to the religious,
indigenous Jewish people, under Torah law.

* The exile will end on the day the Temple Mount is liberated. 

That will be the true beginning of peace on earth.

According to Torah law:

* No one may enter the Mount without ritual immersion - even Jews.

* Specific zones are reserved only for Kohanim, the priestly descendants.

* And the Holy of Holies may only be entered by the Kohen Gadol, once per year, on Yom Kippur, in awe and
purity.

These are not man-made policies. They are eternal laws - the foundation of world harmony.

Every day the divine rules for the Mount are being broken. 

We therefore proclaim and demand:

1. The full liberation of the Temple Mount from all foreign and secular control.

2. The end of the status quo enforced by threats and violence.

3. The restoration of exclusive Torah-based Jewish governance of the Mount.

4. The return of the complete Divine service: offerings, incense, menorah, priesthood, Levitical song, and
purity.

5. The return of all looted Temple artifacts - many of which were made entirely of pure gold - including; vessels, instruments, garments, crowns, and sacred items seized by ancient empires and hidden in vaults of power.

6. The global recognition of the Temple Mount and all Jewish holy sites in the Land of Israel as sacred
inheritances of the Jewish people, governed according to Torah law.

We do not seek conquest. We seek restoration.
We do not seek to rule. We seek to serve.
We do not demand privilege. We fulfill commandment.

This is not the obstacle to peace.
This is the key to peace ! 

We the undersigned, affirm this covenant and call for the full liberation and restoration of the Temple Mount and all sacred Jewish sites under Torah authority - as the beginning of global healing.
We therefore ask you:

Do you want true peace?

Then understand - this is the only path. !

There will be no lasting peace without justice.
There will be no justice while the Temple Mount is held in exile.
There will be no healing for the nations until the Jewish people are free to fulfill their covenant on the holiest place on Earth.

**This is the only key to eternal peace.**

Not theory. Not negotiation. Not deferral. Fulfillment.
The liberation of the Temple Mount is not an obstacle to peace - it is peace itself.

ברית השלום והצדק
הכרזה מקודשת לשחרור הר הבית

לא משום שחסר לנו אדמה – אלא מפני שהאתר הקדוש ביותר שלנו, הר הבית – עדיין אינו חופשי.

אף על פי שהוא עומד בלב ירושלים, הרי שהוא כיום:
❌ תחת כיבוש איסלאמי זר
❌ מנוהל על ידי שלטון המתנגד לתורה
❌ נשמר לא על ידי שלום, אלא על ידי איומי שפיכות דמים
❌ נאכף על ידי סטטוס-קוו אלים שמשתיק תפילה יהודית באמצעות פחד

זה איננו שלום. זו כפייה. זו חילול. זהו גלות.

יהי האמת נאמרת בפני שמים וארץ:
 • השלום עם העם היהודי מתחיל בשחרורו הרוחני.
 • הר הבית הוא המקום הקדוש ביותר בעולם. הוא אינו כיכר. הוא אינו מוזיאון. הוא יסוד עבודת הקודש שנצטווינו עליה בתורה.
 • הוא שייך לאלוקי ישראל, ועל פי מצוותו, נמסר בלעדית לעם ישראל הדתי, הילידי, על פי חוקי התורה.
 • הגלות תסתיים ביום שבו הר הבית ישוחרר.

זה יהיה תחילתו האמיתית של שלום עולמי.

על פי דין תורה:
 • אסור לאיש לעלות להר בלי טבילה – אפילו יהודים.
 • אזורים מסוימים שמורים לכהנים בלבד – צאצאי אהרן.
 • וקודש הקודשים – מותר לכהן הגדול בלבד להיכנס אליו, פעם אחת בשנה, ביום הכיפורים, ביראה ובטהרה.

אלו אינם תקנות אנושיות. אלו חוקים נצחיים – יסודו של ההרמוניה העולמית.

לפיכך אנו מכריזים ודורשים:
 1. שחרור מלא של הר הבית מכל שליטה זרה וחילונית.
 2. סיום הסטטוס-קוו האלים הנכפה על ידי איומים ואלימות.
 3.  השבת ריבונות יהודית מלאה על ההר – אך ורק על פי חוקי התורה.
4. החזרת עבודת ה’ השלמה: הקרבנות, הקטורת, המנורה, הכהונה, שירת הלווים, והטהרה.
 5.  השבת כל כלי המקדש שנבזזו – רבים מהם עשויים זהב טהור – כולל כלים, כלי נגינה, בגדים, כתרים וחפצים קדושים שנשדדו בידי אימפריות קדומות והוסתרו בכספות של שלטון.
 6. הכרה עולמית בהר הבית ובכל אתר יהודי קדוש בארץ ישראל כנחלה מקודשת של העם היהודי – על פי חוקי התורה.

איננו מבקשים כיבוש. אנו מבקשים השבה.
איננו שואפים לשלוט. אנו שואפים לשרת.
איננו דורשים פריבילגיות. אנו מקיימים מצוות.

זהו איננו המכשול לשלום –
זהו המפתח לשלום!

אנו, החתומים מטה, מאשרים ברית זו וקוראים לשחרור והשבת הר הבית וכל אתרי הקודש היהודיים לריבונות תורנית מלאה – כתחילתה של ריפוי עולמי.

ולכן אנו שואלים אתכם:
רוצים שלום אמיתי?
הבינו – זו הדרך היחידה!

לא יהיה שלום בר-קיימא בלי צדק.
לא יהיה צדק כל עוד הר הבית נמצא בגלות.
לא יהיה ריפוי לאומות – כל עוד לעם ישראל אין חירות לקיים את בריתו במקום הקדוש ביותר עלי אדמות.

זהו המפתח היחיד לשלום נצחי.
לא תאוריה.
לא משא ומתן.
לא דחייה.
קיום.

שחרור הר הבית איננו מכשול לשלום –
הוא עצמו השלום.
