I was quite amazed to read this. Law makers must be accountable for victims rights. It's their reason for being at all. It makes me extremely angry, because it amounts to violation and disempowerment of women's bodies by the State, at a time they are most vulnerable. This too has to be held to account by full public enquiry and compensation.
