Carla Bellucci faked having depression to have a nose job paid by the NHS! To make it worse, she sat bragging about it on tv! It’s absolutely disgraceful and she should be made to pay every penny back. She is just making a mockery to everyone who suffers with mental health issues and it should be dealt with.
