The hearing before the U.S. Federal Court on Monday December 11th went well. The judge took our excellent arguments for the need of a restraining order to prevent the moving of our monument and the theft of our private property under advisement and will rule within 30-days. We likely will be facing a long battle to protect our monument from those wishing to destroy all traces of our heritage and history. Your continued support is needed to prevent that from happening.
